How it works
Before
Our journey begins with a personalised consultation to understand your school’s unique values, schedule, and daily routines. I will also tour the campus to identify the best location for the photographs. Together, we’ll plan the photo shoot in a way that seamlessly fits into your school’s environment and routine, ensuring minimal disruption for staff and students to guarantee a smooth and efficient photo day.
Photo Day
Depending on your school’s size, the photo shoot may be scheduled over one or two days.
The type of photographs taken will be tailored to meet your school’s specific needs and the time available.
At the end of the photo day, each student will receive a slip with a unique access code and a link to my ordering system.
After
I select and edit the photography choosen by the child and upload them to a private online gallery. Each parent can then access the images of their children, and choose the images and products they would like to purchase.
Parents can conveniently place their orders online and direct any questions to me, relieving school administrators of this responsibility. Digital images are available for immediate download upon payment, and print orders will be delivered in bulk to the school for distribution or via post.
A New Approach
Capturing each individual child, my approach places each child at the heart of the moment, nurturing their confidence and allowing their authentic selves to shine.
During the shoot, the children can view themselves on a large monitor, instantly becoming part of the shoot process itself. This helps them feel more confident, allowing their natural glow and true personality to shine through.

How much time to you require?
The duration of the photo shoot varies based on the school’s size, taking either one or two days. I work closely with the school beforehand to plan the logistics and schedule, ensuring minimal disruption while meeting all the school’s requirements.
Does the school pay anything?
There is no cost involved for the school. Parents are given the chance to purchase the photographs directly with us via an online portal.
What about data protection?
I handle all acquired data with the utmost care, utilising GDPR-compliant software tailored for school and kita photography.
Each child’s photographs will be securely uploaded to a private online gallery, which can only be accessed using a unique password.

Children grow up surrounded by images – curated, filtered, and often asking them to perform. In this visual noise, photography can either reinforce expectations or become something quieter and more meaningful: a space where a child feels safe, respected, and recognised.
As a mother of two and a photographer with over 20 years of experience, I have seen how a single portrait can influence how a child sees themselves. Through my studies in art therapy and therapeutic photography, my work has become rooted in presence, empathy, and emotional awareness.
My approach is slow and child-centred. There are no forced smiles or instructions to “perform.” Instead, I create a calm space where children can arrive as they are – shy, playful, thoughtful, or bold.
Because when a child feels truly seen, confidence can quietly take root.
